Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Mesa, AZ. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and support the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs, suggesting add-ons, and providing price estimates. A one-year service background and RV lifestyle familiarity are preferred. This is a commission-based role with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
