Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair-service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on progress.

A minimum of one year in service is preferred, with RV product knowledge or a camping lifestyle helpful. Strong organization and follow-up skills, plus a preferred valid driver’s license, are required.

• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience is preferred.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and timelines.
• Suggest add-on services to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
