Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The role focuses on initiating and processing repair requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers updated on work progress.

The position requires at least one year of service experience and familiarity with RV products. Candidates should be comfortable researching online and following established procedures; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
