Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for RV repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, upselling add-ons, and accurate price estimation for installations. A driver’s license is preferred and a background in RV products or camping aligns well with the team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
