Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of work progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate price estimates, and adherence to department procedures. A positive attitude, organization, and proficiency with computers are essential. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient with computers and internet research.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk as needed.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
