Blue Compass RV is seeking a Service Advisor in the United States (Arizona/Mesa) to guide customers through service needs with a sales-focused mindset. You will act as the main liaison between customers and technicians, providing accurate estimates and ensuring smooth workflow.

The role emphasizes a strong customer service approach, upselling opportunities, and clear communication to keep repairs on track. A valid license and 1+ year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
