Blue Compass RV St. George is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, guiding service needs with a sales mindset and ensuring clear communication throughout the repair process.

The role offers salary plus commission with opportunities to upsell services and grow within a performance-driven team dedicated to excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
