Blue Compass RV Tampa is seeking a Service Advisor to drive exceptional customer experiences and service department success. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, guiding service needs, providing accurate estimates, and managing communications to ensure timely completion.

This salary + commission role emphasizes a sales-driven approach with strong earning potential and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Strong sales mentality with the ability to recommend and close additional services.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to navigate customer concerns and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
