Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• RV experience a plus, automotive/service industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers from check-in to completion.
• Build relationships and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate repair/installation estimates prior to scheduling.
• Communicate with technicians for accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of progress and manage expectations.
• Address concerns with professionalism and empathy; pursue solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate work orders and communication records.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
