Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in the United States. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer experience while acting as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor or automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism and empathy.
