Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role focuses on initiating and processing repair service requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Key duties include identifying customer service needs, suggesting add-ons to raise average tickets, and providing price estimates prior to scheduling appointments. It is a full-time position with a commission-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
