Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to increase transactions, and providing price estimates before appointments. You’ll maintain clear updates on work progress for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Strong computer skills and internet search ability.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
