Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle helpful.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to perform internet searches and use a computer daily.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services for customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers informed of work progress and delays.
• Determine product needs and services by talking with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase transaction value.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
