A base plus commission structure offers earning potential, with average annual earnings highlighted between $85,000 and $160,000. Ideal candidates bring service-advisor experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with RV maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or service department.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced service environment.
• Knowledge of RV repair and maintenance processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with service software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, professional experience.
• Listen to concerns, identify needs, and document service requests.
• Communicate service requests to technicians and track status.
• Prepare estimates, obtain approvals, and schedule service work.
• Keep customers informed about status and necessary repairs.
• Maintain records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
