Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in New River, AZ. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of work progress.

In this role you will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transaction value, and provide price estimates prior to scheduling appointments, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
