National Indoor RV Centers | NIRVC is seeking an experienced RV Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems. The role emphasizes safety, independent work, and exceptional customer service in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RV service experience.
• Excellent diagnostic and repair skills across RV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and diagrams.
• Detail-oriented and capable of independent work.
• Strong customer service and professional appearance.
• Adherence to safety standards and maintaining a clean workspace.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs (electrical, appliances, carpentry, and plumbing).
• Install and upgrade accessories and components to transform RVs into dream machines.
• Collaborate with the service department to obtain work authorizations and factory approvals for warranty repairs.
• Track materials and equipment used for efficiency and accuracy on each job.
• Deliver a thorough pre-delivery inspection with walk-through demonstrations for customers.
