Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor you will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed about work progress.

The role emphasizes direct customer interaction, upselling opportunities, and accurate price estimates for installations. Candidates should have some service experience and a comfort with computers and organizational tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Proficient with computers and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
