Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Do: determine specialized product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions, provide price estimates for installations before scheduling, and maintain clear communication on progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient with computers and internet searches.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities
