Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

This full-time role offers commission-based earnings with uncapped commissions and a base pay component aligned with market ranges. Responsibilities include determining customer needs, suggesting add-ons, providing price estimates, and updating customers on

Qualifications

At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle preferred.
Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
Keep customers apprised of work progress.
