Blue Compass RV is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in a customer-focused role. The position combines sales and service excellence to guide customers through repairs, estimate needs, and ensure a smooth experience from check-in to completion.

You will build relationships, identify service needs with a sales-driven approach, and provide accurate estimates before scheduling. Excellent communication and multitasking are key in a fast-paced RV service environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience.
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from service check-in through completion
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations professionally
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue
• Maintain accurate documentation and work orders
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment
