Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Wisconsin. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of progress.

You should have at least one year of service experience, preferably with RV products or a camping lifestyle. Strong computer skills and organization are essential, along with the ability to follow procedures and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
