Job summary

General RV Center in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the point of contact for customers, schedule service appointments and communicate repair needs clearly to customers.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and the ability to mult-task in a fast-paced environment while promoting additional products and services for optimum RV usage.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• RV or Automotive Service Writing experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with excellent customer service throughout their service experience.
• Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance needs.
• Submit repair orders with accurate and detailed descriptions of repairs/maintenance.
• Assist customers in recommending additional products and services to enhance RV use.
• Explain technical issues clearly to customers and how they can be repaired.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
