Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Florida. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

You'll determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transactions, provide price estimates for installations, and coordinate with customers throughout the service cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Prior RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Ability to use a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

• Initiate and process repair service requests with customers.

• Keep customers apprised of work progress and estimates.
