Job summary

Optimum RV LLC in Inman, SC is seeking an organized and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our service team and provide outstanding support to customers.

As the primary contact for service, you will create work orders, provide estimates, coordinate with technicians and parts, and ensure timely updates and high satisfaction. Valid driver's license and flexibility including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service advising or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of RV systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
