Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

In this role you will assess customer needs, suggest add-on services, prepare price estimates before scheduling, and ensure accurate communication throughout the repair process. The position is full-time in Florida with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year service experience preferred
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred
• Proficient computer usage and internet searches
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Stand for long periods and perform bending/crawling as needed

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working with customers
• Suggest add-on services to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling
