Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The role focuses on initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, proposing add-ons, and providing price estimates before scheduling. Strong computer skills and excellent organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to use a computer and perform internet searches.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending; may lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
