Camping World in Coburg, Oregon is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase average transactions, provide price estimates for installations before scheduling, and maintain timely updates on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
