Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, keeping customers informed of work progress.

The role prefers at least 1 year of service experience and familiarity with RV products. Candidates should be computer proficient, highly organized, and able to follow procedures; a valid driver's license is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in Medford, Oregon.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Ability to work on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and service updates.
• Suggest add-on services to increase transactions.
