Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to raise transaction value, and provide price estimates before scheduling appointments. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches
• Excellent organization and follow up skills
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
