Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join its growing team. The role focuses on initiating and processing repair service requests and supporting the Service Department admin tasks. You will keep customers informed on work progress and help with price estimates for installations.

The position emphasizes computer work, organization, follow-through, and potential for commissions. A valid driver's license is preferred, and lifting up to 25 lbs and moving up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a computer and perform internet searches.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
