Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You’ll Do: Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers; suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions; provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and internet research.

Responsibilities
