Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred, with RV product knowledge and strong computer skills. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, full-time benefits, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity beneficial.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Maintain alignment with department procedures and policies.
