Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, upselling add-ons, estimating prices, and following department procedures. A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred, with RV knowledge and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
