Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair-service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

This full-time role emphasizes upselling add-ons, accurate price estimates for installations, and adherence to department procedures. A candidate with at least one year of service experience and familiarity with RV products is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Comfort using a computer and performing internet searches.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services and related needs.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
