Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. seeks a Service Advisor to initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department. You will keep customers informed about work progress and identify specialized product needs by working directly with customers.

The role includes suggesting add-ons to increase average transactions and providing price estimates for installations prior to scheduling. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Proficient computer use and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
