Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair-service requests and support the Service Department while updating customers on work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales, and provide price estimates before scheduling. This role emphasizes organization and timely follow-up in a fast-paced RV retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
