Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine specialized product needs, suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions, provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments, and keep customers informed of work progress throughout the service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.
