Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of work progress throughout the process.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions, and provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling. This role offers a competitive pay plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
