Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on services, provide pre-schedule price estimates, and help ensure timely updates on repairs. A background in RV products and strong organization are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests and provide admin support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and estimates.
• Suggest add-on services to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
