Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The role focuses on initiating and processing repair service requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on services, provide price estimates, and follow department procedures. A minimum of one year in service is preferred, and a valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience or related experience.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
