Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, suggesting add-ons to increase transactions, and providing price estimates for installations prior to scheduling appointments. A positive, organized attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Determine product needs and services by working with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
