Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Reno, NV. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and accurate price estimates. You will upsell add-on services and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely updates and a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is valued.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
