Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor you will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

You will determine customer needs for specialized products, suggest add-on sales to increase transactions, and provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests for customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and status.
