Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. seeks a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge of RVs, and computing tasks; you will estimate prices, suggest add-ons, and ensure smooth workflow from intake to completion. A background in RV products is preferred and commission-based pay is noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
