Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor in Indiana to initiate and process repair requests and support the Service Department. You will keep customers informed on progress, suggest add-ons, and prepare price estimates prior to appointments.

The role requires at least one year in service, RV lifestyle familiarity, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to follow procedures. A valid driver's license is preferred. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in service is preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
