Job summary

Camping World in Indiana seeks a Service Advisor to initiate and process RV repair service requests and support the Service Department administratively. You will keep customers informed on work progress and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of service experience, RV knowledge, strong organization, and a valid driver's license. This full-time on-site role offers benefits, training, and earnings with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services and provide admin support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and timelines.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
