Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a Service Advisor to be at the forefront of our service department in Fort Myers, FL. You will be the trusted liaison for customers, translating RV repair needs into clear work orders and scheduling timely service appointments.

Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience, familiarity with RV or automotive service writing, and strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• RV or Automotive Service Writing experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with excellent customer service throughout their service experience.
• Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance required.
• Submit repair orders, outlining an accurate and detailed description of the repairs and/or maintenance required.
• Assist customers in recommending additional products and services that will enhance the overall use of their RV.
• Explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
