Job summary

RV Country in California is seeking an RV Service Advisor to join its busy service department and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience from start to finish.

You will create work orders, quote diagnostics, and coordinate with technicians and customers, maintaining clear communication and high service standards. This role requires teamwork and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous service advisor/writer experience required.
• RV service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders, including working directly with the customer during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department to ensure clear communication and excellent service.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to schedule and track repairs efficiently.
• Review and verify all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
