Job summary

Camping World in Bartow, FL is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will sell new and used RVs, conduct demos, and collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams to close deals.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may keep the current plan or switch to 100% commission. Training and benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
