Camping World seeks a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money. Your drive determines your paycheck.

Starting out, you’ll enjoy a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days you can stay on hourly plus commission or switch to 100% commission-based pay.

Compensation includes benefits, PTO, 401(k) and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote high-quality customer experiences while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and walks through features.
• Close sales collaboratively with F&I and sales management.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
